For this weeks project we have been making zines on unsung heroes. Walking home through Kings Cross I always like to stop and listen to whoever’s playing on the street pianos they’ve got kicking about. I stayed and had a chat and did some drawings and was taken aback at how honest and open the people I met were. My zine, The Kings Cross Songbook, became a homage to the untold stories of these anonymous pianists.
